Newly Commissioned Sovereign Class Ship USF Akire 01-28-09/Stardate 62572.7
Today above Akire Land, The Federation ship USF Akire is a new addition to StarFleet. The ship named after Lady Erika's Nation, Akire Land has an all new weapons platform, along with newly integrated Taurian and Alterran defenses. Although the specs on this ship have been classified, Star Fleet tells us that this ship is one of the most advanced ships in Starfleet. The naming was done in honor of the Akirans, who are now one of the closest allies to the Federation. And not only that, but their leader Lady Erika, is also the wife of the Praetor. The photos taken, are pictures Praetor iR Busser, Lady Erika and Senator Amidala (circled in blue) walking on the hull of the ship to give it a proper send off. They have a vintage bottle of Savauginon Blanc from the early 20th century. Lady Erika will is the one with the bottle, and is the one too christen the newly bult ship. This new member to Starfleet is to be stationed in orbit above Akire Land for her defense. Here are a few facts about this new ship.....

The Praetor and Lady Erika finally tie the knot! 01-11-09/Stardate 62529.1
In a ceremony that will always be remembered, The Praetor of the Federation and Lady Erika of Akire Land finally wed on Naboo. This has been a joyous moment, as many nations that were invited attended this Ceremony of all Ceremonies. Both peoples of the Federation and those of Akire Land watched from their homes. Many nations that attended were considered special guest of both Nations. Given these tense times, Starfleet along with Akiran and Alterran as well as several nations from the RCA provided security for the wedding. After the wedding took place, they both greeted and thanked all that attended." Everything went off without any problems" Federation security head Pete Stowell said. The Wedding took place at Ambrosia Palace. It was a clear sunny day as the event was located outside for this beautiful occassion. Although this was a closed event, some pictures might be available in the near future, no press other than the UFB crew were permitted to take footage. The Federation has released this photo of the grounds right before the wedding took place.
The Federation at War! 01-02-09/ Stardate 62504.7
Last week, this video footage was released form the Dominion/Cardassian empires that waged war on our Friends and allies The Alterran Federation. Because of the graphic nature of the sounds and peoples voices that were recorded during this great battle, music was put into place. May God Bless the souls of our alliance in this battle that still to this day continues. The Federation Fleet Oslo confronted this enemy along with the Alterrans and several other members of the RCA. All in all up to date, the Federation has lost 367 ships, and are still loosing more at the moment. The Praetor has made a speech of this great battle..."The Federation when faced with an enemy that does not believe in our ways or become a threat to other allied nations, will fight back with all her might. We will always strive for freedom and Peace throughout the Galaxy. So let this be known to our enemies, you will not deter or strength, or our resolve when faced with a threat....you my friends have calculated wrong!"
Ticonderoga Fleet Preparedness 12-29-08/ Stardate 62495.9
Outside of Earths High orbit, the Fleet Division Ticonderoga prepares for wargames to keep all personal trained and on constant alert due to the growing aggression of other nations. This will be the third training session for any fleets within 120 light years of Earth. The training was to be in co-op between other nations, but the Federation has not released any more info than this picture showing the operation.
RCA Elections 12-21-08/ Stardate 62478.9
Yesterday, The Federation has won a second term for the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of The Royal Council Alliance. The vote is yet another victory on part of the Federation to help build upon the success of it's previous skills and tenacity in dealing with other Nations for peace and Prosperity throughout the Quadrant.
